1. Introduction
Welcome to ArticlesBase, the digital platform managed by ArticlesBase, Inc. (“ArticlesBase,” “we,” or “us”). This document outlines the terms under which you may utilize our online and mobile services, websites, content (including but not limited to text, videos, voiceovers, scripts, and any other materials created by ArticlesBase) available across various online platforms (including but not limited to YouTube and social media sites), and any software provided in association with these services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and consent to the processing of your information as described in the ArticlesBase Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user of our Service. This Agreement is applicable to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”).
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND EACH PROVISION. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PROVISION THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.
2. Use of Our Service

This content and our software collectively constitute the “Service.”
By using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and accept our data handling practices as described in the ArticlesBase Privacy Policy. This Agreement applies whether you are a registered user or just a visitor to our site, and it governs all users who access the Service (“Users”).
A. Eligibility
You are eligible to use the Service if you are able to form a binding contract with ArticlesBase under applicable law, and your use must always be in compliance with this Agreement along with all relevant local, state, national, and international laws. If ArticlesBase has previously removed you from the Service, you are not eligible to return.
By agreeing to these terms, you affirm that you are either at least 16 years old, or, if you are between 13 and 16, you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Anyone under 13 may only use the Service if we have received a signed permission form from a parent or guardian, which can be accessed here.
B. ArticlesBase Service
Under the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as allowed by its features. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time, for any reason. Additionally, we grant each User a license to use the user-generated text of articles per our Creative Commons License for personal, non-commercial purposes, following our attribution rules outlined here. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by ArticlesBase.
C. ArticlesBase Accounts
Your ArticlesBase account provides access to services and features we may establish and modify at our discretion. If you register an account on behalf of an entity, such as a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of the entity and bind it to this Agreement. Connecting your ArticlesBase account to third-party services grants us permission to access and use your information from these services as permitted by their terms, and to store your login credentials for these services.
You must not use another User’s account without permission. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must keep your password secure. We recommend using “strong” passwords. Notify ArticlesBase immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. ArticlesBase is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized account use.
You can manage your interaction with the Service by adjusting your User profile and preferences. By providing your email, you consent to receive service-related notices and other communications from ArticlesBase, including promotional offers. You may opt out of non-essential emails through your account preferences.
D. Service Rules
You agree not to engage in prohibited activities such as sending spam; interfering with our systems; overloading our infrastructure; uploading harmful data; collecting sensitive information from the Service; impersonating others; or bypassing our measures to restrict service access.
If you operate a search engine or robot, or republish our content, you must use a descriptive user agent, provide clear attribution to ArticlesBase, adhere to our robots.txt file, and clearly state your contact information.
We may modify or discontinue the Service without notice, and may limit your access to it without liability, for any reason including but not limited to violations of this Agreement. Even after your access is terminated, you remain bound by this Agreement.
You are responsible for your interactions with other Users, and while ArticlesBase may monitor disputes, we are not obligated to intervene or be liable for interactions with other users.
